Beware if you book through Ctrip! You pay on arrival, and the hotel will tell Ctrip you never checked in, which results in the deduction of your travel points.
Weve only been able to resolve the matter by producing out lodging receipts, which forced the hotel to admit that we had, in fact, stayed there.
Every other aspect of our stay was fine.

前台的服务从入住开始就太不专业了，房间比较大，但是里面的灯很多都不亮，左边的床头灯更加，直接就是歪倒的，沙发右边的大灯直接不会亮，写字台的灯还要我自己接好插座，然后退房时居然说一块方巾洗不干净，可能这个酒店都没有洗衣机吧，退房时前台中间的那个女人的态度恶劣出新高度了，总之这是我目前为止最差的入住经历了。

十分满意，服务态度很热情，房间大，所在广场有24小时特警守卫，房间设施和用品齐备，第一次来喀什，感觉宾至如归，房费不多，还退60，送早餐，超值，强烈推荐入住！
