这个号称五星级的酒店，很垃圾，基本没有服务，上午9点过下来吃个早餐，上去开门就打不开了，说什么要续费才能开门。退房时间都没有到，为什么要续费。更可恶的是这个酒店老板是个黑心商家，下午前台遇见一群农民工讨要工资，五年前给酒店装修，还拖欠两百万没有给。希望各位住客看见点评，都来把这个事实陈述出去！

我早上退房竟然退了快有半个小时！那么多人退房前台挤的跟个菜市场一样非常乱！两个服务员一个说是开发票只有一个能退房？这么大一个酒店不能多安排几个人？
