我不知道是不是全国的全季酒店的服务都这样，克拉玛依的全季每个前台服务员全是一张吊丧的脸不说，说话跟放炮似的，服务态度极差，要连wifl必须从房间下到前台请他们帮助，一旦要求他们送个东西进房间就说没人，可平时就见前台乌央乌央排满人，个个拉长脸，像极了吊唁的。实在太烂了，我不知道是这个酒店的风气就这样还是压根就没想在克拉玛依长期做下去。简直是匪夷所思!还有这样开酒店做服务的?这是我有史以来所住酒店服务最差的一家，希望大家都别选这家酒店，除非服务态度和风气有待改善。
