昨天晚上2点和前台员工说我需要9点的叫醒，不知道呢个员工是没有睡醒，还是忘了，早上九点也没有叫醒，导致我朋友起来办事晚了。我大早上在睡觉，打扫卫生的阿姨突然没有敲门就进来了，完了听到房间里有人，还不关门，在呢和前台的用对讲机对话，我不知道酒店员工为啥不知道最基础的进门之前需要敲门，
