212房间空调不制冷，不愿意帮忙调换/升级。说是帮我拿一个风扇，结果一直没有消息。这点很不满意。
酒店设施比较陈旧，卫生间尤其差。需要重新装修了。

外面环境不错，定的大床房，但床实在太小了。还好给调了标准间，设施太旧，不够卫生，实在不是三星级标准，大厅环境倒是不错😔

一家人六个住了三间大床房，也算是见识了“十几年的，各方面开始跟不上的酒店”是什么样子。酒店有味道还是其次，上一次装修是什么时候也不说，就这空调打开十六度，实际吹到身上26度吧…对于9月初的独山子真的很热。哎，不推荐。其实前台还不错，看得出来靠近环线的这个酒店现在主要还是做旅行团的单，不在意环境感受这些。（最烦的是，明明艺龙下单的，酒店收到的电话来自一个陌生号码！还说是去哪儿网下单的，呵呵。真不知道是酒店乱还是去哪儿瞎搞了）
