我们是广东游客，此次自驾北疆，16日晚到达霍尔果斯，网上对比几家酒店，最好选择这家入住，办理入住时前台服务员小兰热情为我们免费升了二个级别房间，还送了农夫山泉??????早餐非常丰富，现在是旅游淡季，很多酒店都还没有配早餐??????这家酒店硬件设施、软件服务以及性价比方面都非常优异，五星好评。下次经过还会入住，值得推荐????????????

入住热水管没有热水，耽误赶路时间
维修人员説是新疆气候问题没法解决，谘询前台 问解决措施 前台仅有抱歉 没有任何解决措施，就这样的地方 还好意思説自己是国际酒店 管理超级混乱，推卸责任 没有服务意识。

这次选酒店真的太满意了从办理入住时前台小姐姐的项链到房间里提前开好空调细节里全是温暖房间乾净的反光床品软乎乎的家里的洗漱用品都是我喜欢的味道位置也超方便楼下有超市早餐营养搭配不错酒店左边有馆子吃饭方便前台态度很好，特别是有个小胖的小姐姐很可爱，酒店员工也很温馨，有种回到家的感觉，性价比高值得入住体验，推荐推荐

早餐一般。房间很好，挺大，床品舒适。房间里面很安静，很好，睡觉很舒服。房间里没有异味。洗澡水很大，水温舒适。总体很好，位置离新国门很近，比较方便。
