上一任客人走的垃圾还在厕所垃圾桶里，床单上，沙发上都有污渍类似于咖啡之类的咖啡色印记。床单上有毛发，厕所洗脸池及大理石枱麪发霉，有毛发。两点是酒店很新，房间够大，设施不错。但是衞生情况确实堪忧，洗澡水也不热

出差至霍尔果斯，入住了这家酒店，体验相当不错。抵达酒店时，前台小姐姐展现出了极高的专业素养。尽管当时没有普通空房，她却贴心地为我免费升级到了套房，着实令人惊喜。套房空间宽敞，环境宜人，配置堪称豪华。除了常规的一次性用具，还配备了独立包装的沐浴露、洗发露，甚至连刮胡刀都考虑周全，细节之处尽显用心。房间布局精巧，设计感十足，每一处都透露着精致，在同价位酒店中，性价比非常突出。不过，酒店周边环境存在一些小瑕疵。偶尔在半夜会听到有外国友人（当地习惯称“**”喝酒后的喧闹声，对睡眠质量稍有影响。另外，附近交通便利性欠佳，打车不太容易，有时需要等待较长时间。但总体而言，瑕不掩瑜。这家酒店的优质服务与高性价比给我留下了深刻印象。若再次来霍尔果斯出差，我依然会毫不犹豫地选择这里，也诚心将其推荐给各位有出行需求的朋友。

前台工作人员，服务态度极差，问个问题一个个的不耐烦翻白眼，谁欠她们几百万一样，服务行业做的就是服务，入住酒店首先对接的就是前台工作人员，没有带来好的入住体验，不説热情还对你自己大声説话，非常差
