酒店总体不错，就是前台接待太差，我说携程预定，她在工作簿上边找到记录了，但嫌同事没记好，问我要预定号，我也出示了通知短信，又说不是上面的号，让人感觉给她造成了麻烦，最后将房卡往我面前一扔，什么也不说，我是出来旅游的，不会去计较这种小事，但当我从车上拿了大包小包过安检后，才知道房间在后楼，要穿过大堂下楼梯穿过一院子，车其实可以开进院子，登记时还让我留了车号，却不告诉我，感觉被捉弄了！
