  Always love the place. But i suggest to upgrade the gym facilities. For a luxury place, i’ve seen better gym than this place. I got a birthday cake when i checking in. The cleaner staff need to better thorougly check the roon for cleaning

  I booked Hyatt for my anniversary, they provided complimentary free room decorations for me . This is incredible work you guys having, I hope they need to check out the Packing Blok B i got trapped inside for 10 minutes, wait till the maintenance guy come to check it out . He said is was something wrong with the railing. Anyway everything is good apart form the TNG railing !!!
