It was impossible to catch any sleep. The window soundproofing is extremely poor and the location is constantly noisy. The property is facing some railroad tracks and a large highway. Loud cars, bikes and rattling trains pass through all day and night. Even the outside A/C exhaust can be heard very loud from the inside. Due to this poor soundproofing and level of noise, I would not recommend staying.
Breakfast options were poor and below standards. Not even milk for coffee or plain white rice were available.
Other than that, front desk procedures were efficient and the staff was readily helpful.
The hotel has a particular decoration style, maybe targeted to Indian travelers.

Stayed at ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park for a day during my visit to Kuala Lumpur, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel was good, with spacious and comfortable rooms that made the stay relaxing. The service provided by the staff was good and courteous throughout the stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which was excellent with a good variety and quality. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option for travelers looking for value, space, and reliable service in Kuala Lumpur.

-Basement parking is available (RM10 per entry), payment at the reception.
-Check-in and check-out were smooth.
-Breakfast was pretty basic and mundane. The hot water and coffee machine( 2 in 1 machine) might need checking, the drink had an unpleasant smell(smell like cockroah) OR possibly due to internal steel components beginning to rust. Please check.
-Room was okay. Requested honeymoon decoration but didn’t receive any feedback or setup.
-The area outside the hotel felt a bit shady.
-Just my two cents, the blue lighting at the lift doors doesn’t really match a high-end hotel vibe.
-Honestly, a bit surprised by the overall quality for an Ibis Styles.
-Overall stay was okay, but nothing really stood out. No “wow” factor.

The hotel is located near to a MRT/LRT Station Chan Sow Lin, about 5 min walk to the station, connected by bridge. Next station is TRX Mall.
Abit far to other places such as Chinatown. But easy to call for grab which can shorten the time to 10-15min.
The hotel is clean and big. Daily room service.
The breakfast spread not that food. limited dishes and taste is average.

So far everything is good, but I was a bit unhappy with the reception staff. I asked for extra towels and she refused. Fortunately, the cleaning staff helped and gave them to me later.
