前台那个女的，看着就没心情，服务态度极差，空气干，特别干，起来都流鼻血了，加湿器用了也没用，服务态度差，差得很，洗澡水一会就不热了，提示写要等20分钟，这是洗澡中间要等20分钟吗！

环境可以的。但是没有空调，大冬天的好冷，洗完澡都不能出浴室。。。客服说是用的商场的地暖，可是没有温度
