设施不是很新，但服务到位。把身份证都装了套子，提供了擦眼镜布，68号服务员服务主动，晚上看我们回来了主动送酸奶；停车方便，给停车券。

酒店设施齐全很不错，干净。尤其是服务非常满意，我们一到酒店，热水已经给我们烧好了，并且还装备了水果，特别给133管家点赞。酒店还免费提供免费洗衣和擦鞋，晚上提供牛奶和酸奶，总之服务确实不错四星酒店五星服务，下次来还住。

酒店设施还行，算是四星酒店的正常水平，但服务绝对是顶级的，甚至比大部分五星酒店还好。服务员什么时候都笑脸相迎，有免费的洗衣服务和热牛奶，133号服务员的态度特别热情，还帮我们晾衣服，在这要特别表扬下。
