  1、房间整夜没有暖气，没有空调，不敢洗澡；多叫一床被子勉强过一夜。早上退房的时候发现前台远比房间暖和 2、个别服务员态度素质极差极低、还谎称暖气断了晚上会修好。 3、房间里的投诉电话是停机的 总结：不适合人类入住

  地点还可以，出火车站直接向南走大概800米的地方右拐就到了 交通便利，吃的地方步行5-8分钟就能找到 酒店卫生条件不错，前台服务也很周到 酒店可以，但是对携程的品质越来越失望，携程
