We landed at 1:30 AM, and since this hotel offers free airport transfer, we contacted them via WeChat. They arranged someone to pick us up promptly. You just need to go to the designated area as instructed by the hotel staff. The staff responded very quickly, so there’s nothing to worry about! Everything went smoothly., check-in and check-out were hassle-free. Overall, it was a good experience for us.

设施：一般 不是智能马桶 浴室没有沐浴露
衞生：乾净 打扫衞生的阿姨服务态度好 热情周到 主动打扫问需求 送东西及时 非常满意
环境：周边较吵 走廊隔音较差 晚上8点前旁边都有人唱歌

房间很亮堂，也很有格调，颜色都很舒服，就是浴室这个灯光有点暗了
床品很舒服
配有茶几，沙发，长桌，软椅
厕所是外开门，浴室内开门，门口有洗手枱
一次性用品很方便，拖鞋也有凉拖和软拖
热水很舒服，打开就是合适的温度，不用等
晚上睡觉很暖和，不开空调就很暖和，我开了空调有点热
窗户有急救窗，所以无法完全封闭，高层风景很好
电视很方便，看了终极笔记
配有智能语音系统小爱，识别灯光，窗帘，敲门，还可以打给前台，很方便
有免费接送机，享受了vip待遇

房间挺乾净的，乾湿分离，前台接待的小姐姐们很热情，并且送了伴手礼。机场送机服务非常的方便，早上不堵车10分钟左右就到了。

真的很差！装修久远的酒店真的不能选择，床单上都是各种烟头烫的窟窿，一进房间就一股味儿，大玻璃上都是灰尘土，甚至被罩都会漏出来看得到里面的被子，我一晚上都没盖，真的太难受了；我备注了带了小朋友，两间房需要挨着，而且要远离电梯，但是上楼後不仅两个房间离得远，还有一个房间出电梯就是；衞生间的各种设施衞生更是堪忧。最最重要的是，窗帘不遮光，晚上关灯後都是亮的，而且11点40分了都是，楼上特别大的噪音，各种流水洗澡下水道的声音，听的特别清楚，小朋友1岁半哄睡了几次都是因为噪音突然吵醒，给前台打电话倒是很快去楼上看了看，哎一言难尽。不过办理入住的时候一位前台的女士还是服务很好很客气。

酒店位置很好，附近也有很多饭店、便利店，非常方便。房间环境非常好，面积大、衞生很好。前台服务也很好，主动登记送机时间和提供叫醒服务。送机服务非常方便，10分钟左右到达机场。总体上非常满意，好评??????
