卫生蛮好，没有异味。酒店早餐也很丰富，送机很准时。半夜12点的时候，飞机声有点大，但不影响睡眠。下次如果有机会，还会继续住。

性价比比较高，离着机场比较近，有接送机服务，这个很赞。如果是为了离机场近，那就是一个不错的选择。但是早餐，卫生其他就一般了。而且也没有多少个停车位。

酒店有点年份了，设施看起来有些旧，但整体环境还是干净整洁的。可以约免费接机，也可以搭乘免费送机班车（大约半小时一班），到机场10分钟左右。 亲子房是多啦A梦主题，童趣拉满。

距离昆明机场10分钟车程，对于转机来说酒店房间够大，设施也算不错，只是接机一定要反覆跟司机提醒并确认乘车人数及行李箱数量，确认接机车辆大小，前台入住办理速度有些慢，但服务态度很好

从来没有住过这么差的酒店！！！大家一定避雷。从接机开始，前台和司机根本没有沟通过，在机场等了四十分钟的车姗姗来迟后发现里面只有一个空位了，而我们有五个人，司机态度非常恶劣，承认是我们先叫的车，但是别人上去了他也没办法，还告诉我们没多大点事自己叫个车得了，酒店毫无解决方案，问前台说没有权限处理，平台上问了之后才换了副嘴脸说让自己打车来前台报销，折腾了一个小时终于上车。这还不算完，入住之后非常无语，这酒店已经破旧到只剩下个大堂是干净的，房间处处是“惊喜”，如果大家不想遇到不处理问题的前台，傲慢不讲理的司机还有又脏又破的房间，千万不要把这个酒店作为中转了！避雷！

酒店交通比较便利而且有接送机服务，临近机场虽然会有点小吵，但对于孩子来说却是个比较友好的事情，如果睡眠较浅的人就不建议选择入住了。
酒店比较干净没有异味，设施较为齐全，重点是小朋友比较喜欢

非常差，我要投诉服务极差，晚上到机场没车接，定好的房间没有了改三床房，受伤了要急救包没有，最后自己买了急救包要把剪刀剪沙布也没有，服务意识有问题，对待受伤客人不管不顾，体验感极差。自己处理伤口，连打电话到前台要把剪刀都回答没有，不管不问！你你你！！！

入住体验不错，前台小姐姐服务热情又专业，办理入住效率高。房间干净整洁，采光和通风都很好，床品柔软舒适，睡得安稳。卫浴用品齐全，干净清爽，细节做得很到位。酒店公共区域也很整洁，位置交通便利，提供接送机服务，出行方便。门窗密封隔音不错，没有噪音打扰，不用担心机场和噪音。

The hotel is nice. I just stay with my wife and baby for short rest which is check in around 6pm 19-Jan-2026 and check out in midnight around 12.30am 20-Jan-2026 for flight transit.?

BUT, the airport service transfer is very bad. When reaching at the airport, the driver stop us at the basement parking and far from entrance door with no reason instead of drop off us at airport lobby. With multiple luggages to walk through to the entrance door is very inconvenient and exhausted since I also carry my baby. Honestly, I’m very disappointed for the airport transfer service. The photos I shown is the shuttle car that drop off us at the moment and the photos of the entrance door distance with my luggages.
