特价房是前面的老房子，设施陈旧的厉害。而且是以前套间改的。屋内居然有一扇门直通隔壁房间。

住过几次了，但是第一次订含早，相对价位而言很不错了，值得推荐。旁边建新园据说和总店一样24小时营业，晚上10点过还排了几分钟点餐，味道棒棒的。去机场也有空港巴士点，昆明南站直达地铁站东风广场F口出来方便
