特价间有点小，在六层上面加盖的，所以电梯只到六层，上七层要走楼梯。而且特价间跟外边的小旅馆好像 = =

除了价格比较便宜，其他没什么优点。房间发霉的味道很大，卫生间设计很不合理，卫生纸设置在面盆池子地下，根本不容易发现，只能用纸抽上厕所，还收10块钱。早点还凑乎。98的特价房就是个噱头，跟北京的8平米蚁族房似的，就一张双人床，谁会进去住，只能换128的标间。

昆明金色池塘温泉酒店（安康路店），又名：银鹏宾馆。在昆明火车站出门右转，即可乘坐80路公交，在船房小区下车，前行数十米右转，沿立夏路直走到达安康路，左转约走一百米，即到了。旁边是东陆桥派出所。或者在船房小区下车，转乘156路小巴，经2站在刘家营站下车往后走数十米既是。另有58路在环城西路＝西坝路口下车，后退进入安康路前行2百米即到。
酒店特价房确实很小，但很实用，设备完整，就是没有网络，遗憾。早餐一杯牛奶，一个鸡蛋，两只小面包。
总体评价：经济实用。
