这次到这家酒店也是有人推荐的，说实话看外观还是觉得一般般，进到大厅开始有好感了，酒店老板是做珠宝的，一进去酒店跟展厅一样的，房间很新设施很不错，性价比高！很满意 我们订了三间房

很糟心的一次入住，这次一家三口春节旅游过年。一路从腾冲租车游山玩水到昆明，因为要赶飞机所以选了这家离机场比较近的酒店，这家酒店设施还可以吧。卫生也不错，酒店的服务不咋滴，服务员牛皮哄哄的。刚入住问前台，有接送机服务吗?前台一脸牛哄哄的来了句：送机服务费700元。差点把我下巴惊掉了。我反问：你们老板想钱想疯了吧！前台毫不示弱的说：我们不差这点钱哦！我听了也是呵呵了，酒店本来就是服务业，这就是这家酒店的服务意识和人员素质，真是窥一斑而见全貌。戏剧性的是入住后，老婆不小心打坏了桌子上的一个不知什么玉石边角料做的烟灰缸，成本也就二三十，竟然要我们赔100，真是店大欺客啊！
总之，此酒店绣花枕头一包草。设施不错，服务意识和人员素质很欠缺。请看客们慎住。

这样的酒店也是无语，退完房和压金，收拾好车行李开出几公里，宾馆前台来电话说房间桌面有划痕要回去配合处理，这么坑的事谁会回去，差评！ 不知道我们走后又会去坑谁
