昆明威尔登酒店前台服务人员服务态度非常好，还有专门的服务人员提行李，早餐品种丰富味道不错??，浴室和卫生间是干湿分离的感觉到酒店的用心，就是洗完澡门口有水估计是施工方的原因，酒店有温泉下雨没去体验还有就是酒店距离饭店、超市、火车道较近购物、吃饭很方便同时稍微有点吵，总体评价四星

入住体验很好，服务员给人的感觉很热情，每个月都会来经开区学习，基本是选择这边。除了房间空间大，里面家具各方面给人很新很干净。主要是服务员热情，行李箱都帮忙送到房间，每次来都送小果盘，需要红酒杯，打电话到前台，很晚了也送过来到房间。好像酒店11楼是宴会厅，住到第二天前台还特意打电话解释说晚上会有宴会，给换个中间楼层的房，说是怕太吵影响到我休息，怕麻烦就没换，到晚上也没啥感觉，隔音很赞。

第二次来这个酒店住 感觉比第一次还温馨 可能是我住过一次 还是服务员的热情 迎宾把我们的东西一直送房间门口 小伙子真的很热情 整个酒店的卫生非常干净 👍👍👍 进房间 我朋友就哇 问我 是谁推荐我的酒店 我说也是经常出差的朋友推荐的 还叫我先不要进去 他要拍照 我还说他得瑟 可惜的是太累了 没有去泡泡温泉 第二天早上去吃早点 服务员也是很热情 早点的品种很味道也好 酒店真心不错 值得推荐给经常出差来这边的朋友
