【服务】因为当天比较早到昆明，所以上午十点不到打电话给酒店问了能不能提前入住，前台很nice说可以，十点半到了酒店，由于房间位置个人喜好的问题需要换房，前台的美女也非常耐心带我看了三四间房让我挑选。
【设施】酒店是公寓式，分布在5到20+层，房间很好挺大的，各种设施也齐全，但是没有空调，虽然天气挺凉快的，但是下午出太阳还是有点闷。唯一要吐槽的就是半夜回来用了一次马桶就堵了……大半夜的也不好找工作人员来维修，真的非常尴尬了，这点真的体验不太好。
【位置】然后酒店位置很好，附近就是理工大学和师范大学，离翠湖公园，云南大学，文化巷都蛮近的，可以慢慢散步或者骑共享单车到达。楼下是协信广场，广场有吃饭的，ktv和酒吧，就是晚上音乐真的非常吵，到两点才稍微小声一点，建议酒店还是需要去沟通一下这个问题，或者建议大家住高层一点。
