  酒店前台小姐姐热情服务好退房有送伴手礼和水路上喝，房间乾净清爽，设施齐全完善有机器人送外卖，环境安静旁边还有个王府井可以吃饭，离海洪湿地公园也比较近，可以散散步，值得推荐！

  酒店是靠近滇池的，附近有很多湿地公园，空气很清新，散步拍照都很合适，而且附近还有一个商场，叫奥莱滇池小镇，可以在里面逛街吃饭，距离酒店走路过去十多分钟，酒店服务员很热情！

  这家酒店打扫得乾净整洁，床上用品也特别舒服，看到我们带着小孩子，还给了小童牙刷和拖鞋，办理入住也很快，工作人员每次遇到都会主动问好，服务很不错，我们还去用了早餐，早餐种类很丰富，云南米线好吃，豆浆是现磨的很健康。第二天退房的时候主动给了瓶装水带在路上喝，还送了伴手礼，是鲜花饼，还给了小朋友小玩具，很贴心！

  酒店设施可以有自助洗衣房和健身房，房间整体不错，该有的设施设备都有，床上用品整洁舒服，衞生也很乾净，房间乾净。入住之前酒店前台还会提前打电话询问，而且退房还给了伴手礼和水，是一份鲜花饼，真的很有云南的特色。

  Smaller version of normal Atour hotel but still nice and cosy and friendly staff. Location is convenient and next to a big shopping area and metro station. Breakfast and night light meal not many variety, but still delicious. Overall quite happy with the stay.
