Location is excellent being close to Nanping pedestrian street shopping malls. Check in could be faster especially when taking passport details. Front desk questioned why I didn’t have a visa which I don’t understand why they needed to if they are not immigration officers. This felt a little hostile and unwelcoming. Room is spacious andgenerally clean though the towels are getting old and there’s a generally musty smell in the hallway and room. The WiFi is slow and the charging ports are also slow. The light switches are confusing and need updating. The fridge was not working. Free laundry service is great and located in the gym. Breakfast is good for the price point.

This hotel is wonderfully located right in the center of Kunming city, making it perfect for exploring local attractions, shopping, and dining. We especially loved that it’s close to halal food options, which made meals very convenient and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is well-maintained and comfortable, with lovely rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional, dedicated, and always willing to help with any request, their service truly stood out.
The view from the hotel is beautiful, adding an extra touch to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back again!

Lokasi hotel ni superb strategik - dekat sangat dengan Kunming Old Street (seberang jalan je dengan hotel - dekat traffic light), sebelah je dengan Metro Station - Wuyi Road station, and for muslim, belakang hotel (lalu pintu belakang) - dekat dengan Masjid Suncheng - variety halal food restaurant, bakery, mini mart, dekat juga dengan Zhengyifang Fashion Shopping Mall (kena lalu Kunming Old Street untuk sampai, guna Amap Apps) - if nak shopping winter jacket/puffer/outfit murah2. Bilik hotel seriously selesa, warm, cantik, luas.

套房很大很乾净整齐，这酒店的位置非常好，楼下就是市中心商业街，很多吃的喝的非常方便，非常适合怕麻烦的人住。离翠湖公园啊滇池那些景点也不远，很适合懒游休闲旅游人羣。房间质量+酒店位置+价格综合来説非常非常好！离机场也很近，下次来还住这儿。工作人员非常专业，服务很到位！

酒店位置非常好，出门就是南屏步行街，走几步就到昆明老街，出来旅游非常方便，
服务：非常满意，孩子想要亲子房的帐篷，出门一趟回来以後就已经放在房间里了
衞生：整理得很乾净，出门的时候保洁也会主动询问是否需要打扫衞生
