Hotel is in a resort area where you will have alot of restaurants, convenience store and even an ocean park. Hotel service is remarkable, our butler drove a buggy to pick us up so we don’t have to worry about carrying our luggages in and out, they even allowed us to check out 2 hrs later the usual time. The only improvement the hotel needs is a smart toilet and room system, otherwise its a perfect 5 stars!

跟家人一起来，来滇池观鸥，所以选择这家酒店，酒店管家古雨很热情，有任何问题都快速解决，这个酒店在小镇内，小镇机能齐全，很多有特色的商店，不论吃，玩，买，都可以满足

酒店位於非常繁华的融创文旅城，网红浮桥附近，还有滇池夜月的表演，周边吃喝玩乐商业非常繁华～酒店房间非常漂亮还有表演～每天早餐不重样非常丰富，服务极好，非常周到下次来还选这里～

因为私家车或出租车无法直接到达酒店，所以通过携程客服，酒店管家夏至提前两三天就互加了微信。
由於我是早班机到昆明，落地後就於管家夏至联系，依照夏至给的位置，滴滴司机送到後，管家夏至已经在指定位置等候。
由於我到那天昆明降温。管家夏至还贴心的准备了热咖啡和现烤鲜花饼，这让我的心里倍感温暖。
酒店位於融创文旅城，周边吃喝玩乐非常方便，环境静谧优雅，房间设施崭新。
酒店管家会在当天告知住客明日早餐菜单，四种总餐可选，中西皆有，美味、衞生。
最难以忘怀的是，由於昆明降温，我感冒了，管家夏至还贴心的准备了感冒药放在房间。让我在昆明也感受到了家的温暖！
如果大家喜欢安静、舒适、惬意、高性价比，这家酒店是你不二的选择！

这家酒店的位置还不错，就在融创文旅城那边，其实离滇池後海也很近，走个五六分钟就能到，可能我们最近去的季节。是淡季，所以整个文旅城人都很少，酒店乾乾净净的，环境还不错，房间里面的洗漱用品也很好，工作人员也非常的有礼貌。

非常惊喜的一次入住体验！昆明Z酒店真的刷新了我对精品酒店的认知?。
先从设计説起，整个酒店充满高级的设计感，从大堂到房间，每一处细节都能感受到独特的审美，随手一拍都很出片。
但更打动人的是她们的服务理念，从入住到离店，每位工作人员都真诚主动，能感受到他们是真的在为客人着想，服务体验非常温暖贴心。
最让我惊讶的是，酒店开业已经6年多了，但所有设备设施都保养得特别好，完全看不出使用痕迹，房间里的智能客控、衞浴五金都如新的一般，床品和布草也保持着极佳的舒适度。
这次入住远远超出了我的预期，下次来昆明一定会再次选择这里，也真心推荐给追求品质和体验的朋友！

Hotel staff really v good gave us a free ride from the entrance of the resort to the hotel because the hotel is located in the middle of the resort
