带孩子来红塔体育中心参加比赛，就近住在这个酒店，设施服务绝对一流，酒店出门很快就可以到达海埂大坝看海鸥，从酒店甚至有直达体育中心的内部通道，酒店餐厅相当不错，过桥米线便宜美味，前台服务也非常到位，看我腿脚不便，直接帮忙带行李送入房间，还很贴心的给到小朋友水果和酸奶，更惊喜的是你店还送了小礼品前台甚至手写了关心的卡片，以後小朋友打球一定再来入住。

在查看了很多酒店和点评之後选择的这家酒店，综合了评分以及位置的优势，主要是考虑老年团不宜过累和他们想离景点步行即达的需求。
酒店的迎宾服务很好，进门後负责接待的姑娘全程热情，友好，微笑地服务陪同，还帮忙把好几件行李送至三楼房间，并告诉我们哪里吃饭方便和景点的位置。进入房间後，房间夜间服务和赠送的小零食已安排妥当，老年团们很满意，睡觉前还送了山楂汤，酸甜解腻，很温馨。酒店的前台服务生均是小姑娘，很真诚友善，并没有让我觉得用力过猛和模式化。最後退房时还赠送了乾花，手写了贴心的小纸条并延长了免费停车的时间。
专业，真诚，是我对这家酒店服务最满意的点，房间的衞生没有任何问题，因为我在预订之前看过很多条它家点评，但并没有里面所提及的衞生问题，尤其是对於处女座来説，我已经因为很多酒店的点评而望而却步了。酒店还送了保龄球体验券，不过因为行程劳碌等原因未能玩一把，有点遗憾。

酒店的位置非常好，就在海埂大坝对面，过街就可直接看红嘴鸥，临湖的房间甚至可以坐在室内看西山落日，看滇池红嘴鸥。酒店旁边就是小吃一条街，米线，麪条，炒饭，烧烤等各种选择，足以解决一顿不算太差的晚餐，重点是不需要走太远。早晨很丰富，中西餐都有，蔬菜，粥，油条豆浆，米线，吐司麦片，沙拉，水果，煎鸡蛋煮鸡蛋一应俱全。房间乾净，马桶声音很小，完全不用担心影响同房间的人。服务人员也非常周到客气，有免费的小吃和矿泉水，床被也很舒服。总之，觉得很值得推荐。对了，酒店出来就是昆明早樱花特别出名的红塔西路，拍照出片。

I chose this hotel to be near the Yunnan Ethnicities Village and Lake Dian. The room was well appointed and breakfast spread was very good for China hotel standards. We had an early start for a day trip and the hotel prepared packed breakfast sets for us to take away. Staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay.
