洗澡水温忽冷忽热极不适应。周边环境景观可以。晚上烟花放到12点多。不知是不是新年的原因，服务员的态度挺一般的。

房间很大，还有小客厅，住得很舒服，虽然设施有一点时间了，但不影响整体的舒适性，不像评论说得那么差，而且离昆明南站很近，出行很方便，还是很值得推荐的

吹风机太小太差了，二十分钟都吹不干长发，还卷头发进去，我的手机是苹果迷你，对比看看吹风机有多小。空调噪音我拍了视频，完全没有办法睡觉，只能关掉。在携程挂四星级不知道骗了多少人预订，太差了，慎入！！！

记忆深刻的是进入酒店大堂两侧精美的孔雀画像蛮符合云南文化形象的，直到现在记忆犹新。酒店的设施都很齐全，房间乾净舒适，自助早餐丰富多样，满足各种口味需求，交通出行也很便利，主要高铁站很近，工作人员服务热情，很满意本次入住，下次还会再次光顾！[跳跳][转圈][发抖]

Very disappointed. The direction to hotel from the train station is not clear. Hard to find the entrance to the hotel. Staff are not friendly and helpful. Carpets in the room are old and dirty. (no cleaning only provide basics toiletries and water bottles.) uncomfortable stay.
