Hotel is proper and clean. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast has lots of food to choose from. They even provide free super from 21:30 to 23:00. Free 'self-service' laundry too. I put my clothes for wash late in the night, and had to go to bed. The Staff help me put my clothes in the dryer after the wash and even bring the dried load to my room door. Best hotel and service we stayed among the six accommodations for our Yunnan trip. Next time we will just stay with Atour chain!

工作人员热情有礼。对周边环境、交通各方面都很熟悉，给予我们出行很大的帮助。酒店房间环境衞生舒适，配套齐全，服务有呼必应。酒店地理环境位置方便。离地铁口很近。

先説优点，一楼的休息区书架比较丰富，座椅沙发也很舒适，早餐的米线还不错，拖鞋好评。有一位前台小哥帮忙协调了房间给他点赞。矿泉水随处可拿，方便。
再来説缺点，1.停车位较少2.前台服务很难评，欧粮礼包是没有提供的，办理入住的时候推销了优惠但并未提前告知要收99会员费，经过比价後，在第三方平台下单，安排到了很差劲的房间。3淋浴淹水，房间巨小，刚进去的时候感觉阴冷应该是晒不到太阳的。4退房时，其他顾客有礼品只给了我们两瓶矿泉水。亚朵可能只想服务有会员的顾客。没有他们家会员就选商圈旁边的昆明阳光酒店吧。

一进大堂就被淡淡的香氛和优雅的音乐吸引了。酒店工作人员热情周到服务很好，给倒了茶水。酒店的设计很有品味，房间无异味，宽敞明亮，视野开阔，床品舒适，热水供应充足。地铁站5号线就在酒店旁边，地理位置很便利，外卖直达，还有送餐机器人，非常方便；对面是人大，隔壁是法院，安全感满满。

宾至如归的体验，环境舒适，前台小梨和小全，毛毛和从宇服务贴心，细节处处可见用心，很棒的入住！房间乾净，床品舒适，下次还会选择这里。大概500米就能到地铁站5号线，去南亚，圆通山，南屏街，翠湖都直达不用换乘，很方便，房间很安静，还要夸一下保洁阿姨，没用完的牙膏不会扔掉但是会补新的，很环保贴心
