    这次入住的酒店完全戳中了我对“舒适休憩”的期待！选址避开了城市中心的嘈杂，推开窗就是安静的绿植景观，待在房间里几乎听不到外界噪音，隔音效果远超预期，晚上睡觉特别安稳。 工作人员的服务更是暖心，从办理入住时耐心介绍设施，到日常遇到时主动微笑问好，有次想借充电线，几分钟就送到了房间，全程态度热情又专业。这样环境清幽、服务贴心的酒店，下次来一定还选这里！

    乾净衞生，两个房间各自独立要与走廊相互独立特别时候带长者出行的家庭游。客服小姐姐很热心，我们两天衣服一次洗不完，还帮我们看时间。洗后帮放入烘乾机。

    预订的是家庭亲子套房，结果办理入住时就出了岔子——先是被告知前一位客人还没退房，説两点能入住，我们就一直等着，可等到三点多再问，却説还得再等将近一个小时。好不容易等够时间回来，得到的答覆更是让人窝火：所谓的“亲子套房”，竟然就是两间完全独立分开的房间，一间双床、一间大床，连点套房的影子都没有！ 这哪是套房？分明是把两间普通房硬凑成了“亲子套房”来糊弄人！对我们带孩子的家庭来説，这种安排太不方便了——孩子在两个房间来回跑既麻烦又得时刻操心安全，完全没有套房该有的便捷和互动空间。 预订时冲着“套房”的舒适性和便利性来的，结果不仅遭遇长时间延迟入住，还被房型讯息严重误导，体验感极差。真心提醒想订家庭套房的朋友，一定要慎重，别再踩这种坑！
