The room was spacious and well-suited for a family, but unfortunately it had no view. In addition, it was only made available at 5 p.m. instead of the expected noon check-in, and no gesture of apology or compensation was offered for the delay.

We were really impressed with this hotel, it is extremely clean and very beautiful. The room was spacious and had a lot of great tech features. The staff are friendly and helpful. The self serve laundry is an excellent feature. A water filter in the room would be a nice addition so we can fill our drink bottles instead of using all the plastic water bottles. I highly recommend this hotel and cannot fault it in anyway.

出差入住这家酒店，当时只是考虑离昆明站近，凑合一下，没想到完全超出预期！整体的装修设计，很出彩！房间干净舒适，床品和洗浴用品都很好。自助洗衣房和健身房，真的很便利。10楼大堂环境很好，户外坐着喝咖啡，真的很惬意。非常适合商务人士，强烈推荐！

昆明这家开臣是新开的 位置离昆明站不远 之前住过腾冲开臣 整体感觉不错 所以这次昆明出差果断定了他家
昆明这家的风格偏西式 整体氛围还不错 前台接待在10楼 对有行李多的客户退房时不算太友好 整体服务不太好（基本没服务） 不如腾冲开臣 房间配置于亚朵 全季差不多 窗子是半截 通风一般 床垫偏硬 睡的不太舒服 卫生间用的电动马桶（每隔一段时间 它会自动冲水 冷不丁会被吓着）? 大毛巾上有块很大的污渍 早餐品类还行 但不如丽江和腾冲开臣丰富
如果不太挑剔 它家还算不错吧

和朋友相约昆明一起旅游，很早以前就在小红书上刷到过这家酒店，收藏很久了，被各种美照深深吸引。体验下来，都是惊喜。酒店的装修风格是那种浪漫的法式风，顶楼大堂的香氛味道很好，特意问了前台小姐姐牌子。大堂很多鲜花，粉色百合超级好看，拍照真的非常美。早餐很丰盛，味道特别好，很多本地特色。工作人员都很热情，服务很好。已推荐给朋友，回来还住这里。

喜欢昆明这座城市，充满诗意，气候宜人，鲜花自由。来过昆明好多次，第一次接触开臣这个酒店。真的是被颜值吸引来的，小红书上刷到过很多照片，真的太美了。大爱这个装修和设计，浪漫的法式风格。房间很温馨舒服，早餐好吃，服务也很好！停车很方便，非常适合自驾游！一路收获惊喜，非常满意的一次旅行！推荐，值得大家种草！

已经是出差第二次住它家了，真的超级超级性价比很高的一家酒店，我真的很喜欢它家的质感，这个价位能住到这么高品质的酒店，真的是很nice！上次和这次过来都有帮我拿行李到房间，因为每次出差带的东西太多了，服务员见我一个人拿不到，就帮我一起送到房间。真的很好住！

非常满意的一次住宿体验，冲着他的装修风格来的，太出片了！从进酒店开始，保安师傅很热情的帮我拖行李指引我到大堂办入住，因为来得太早了，前台很贴心的帮我倒了一杯水，让我稍作等待。进房间后觉得非常整洁智能语音控很便利，最喜欢的设计是洗漱台旁边有一个凳子可以坐着化粧，房间的拖鞋和浴袍特别舒适，还配有洗面奶，非常贴心，家人本来还说我定的很贵，但到了后体验到也很满意惊喜，很值！客房大姐也超级礼貌服务超好，第二天吃早餐的时候，服务人员帮我烤烧饵块米线也很好吃，特别喜欢吃那个甜甜的老面包 ，后悔没拿两个带着车上吃。退房时前台小姐姐送了我一个小礼物，我很喜欢，还帮我冲咖啡，很满意！都推荐给了我的朋友来住，下次回来我肯定还来住！！

我们一家三口住在这间酒店一晚，一进去酒店门口已经被它的装修吸，酒店大堂设在10楼，很快职员便帮我们做好check in 手续，房间在8楼他们的房间光线亮丽颜色以绿色为主令人非常舒服。房间设有智能声控系统及投影电视机非常先进！房间没有烟味，干净整洁设计简约?，值得一赞是他们浴室内的花洒头，力度适中非常实用????另外他们提供的自助早餐亦非常值得一赞????????????，?不单止食物选择繁多餐厅的装修设计亦非常亮丽！这家酒店性价比非常之高比起动辄超过￥1000的酒店有过之而无不及！有机会我一定会再入住开臣酒店????????????????????????????????????
