    服务：服务太差了，没有一点微笑，我说了不要边上的，非给安排边上的！房间有异味要换房间，服务员（王姐）还嫌弃，让客人自己一趟趟去前台沟通，我请她拿房卡给我，她说没空！多要两瓶水也不给。房间：打扫不干净，有异味，酒店虽然写的是新开的，可以房间内的毛巾浴巾被褥等都是旧的，印的都是什么德（估计是之前的酒店）酒店的名字，地板脏，如果不是这么累，我一定会换地方。餐厅：早餐可选的太少了，就煮饵丝，蛋炒饭、鸡蛋炒西红柿水、炸虾片这几样，煮鸡蛋是我看到地上有别人吃完的皮，主动要才给我，保安等工作人员在自选台前边吃边选，桌子地板也不打扫。总之，一定要避雷！太差了！太差了！太差了！根本配不上称作酒店！

    酒店位置交通便利，门口就有地铁4号线，可以直达昆明南高铁站，还有公交车站，可直达昆明老街。吃的也方便。酒店的环境很好，有个大花园，还可以泡温泉呢。她们服务蛮热情的，给了我们很多出行建议，有需要都能快速回应。很棒
