整体体验还不错，第一次体验万豪系没有踩雷，但是可能是刚开业不久的酒店，感觉前厅的业务水平都有待提升。
p?recall跟我沟通的是额外的客用品会提前放进房间，但是却是等我入住之后才送过来的；感觉不怎么会看订单详情和备注，预订的时候显示有1份早餐，但是前台告知我房间不包含早餐，可是我询问加早的费用后又说可以免费送我体验；备注了不要角落房但是排的还是角落房，虽然影响不大也没在意，但是拆开行李之后前台又特意打过来问要不要换房；打电话问有没有小童浴袍，接线员告知有的时候还挺意外，因为感觉福朋应该是半服酒店，没想到小童备品这么全面，结果过了会儿又打电话说不提供。
但是工作人员的服务态度都很好，特别是客房阿姨非常热情专业，帮我送东西的时候还会贴心的叮嘱和关心，早上在楼道上遇到也会主动打招呼，并且耐心询问方便打扫的时间及需求。
F&B感觉卫生水平也待提高，买了水果想借个盘子装装，但是第一次送来的盘子上很多不明的印子？ 并且大堂吧营业时间也不清晰，特意想体验一下但是去了之后告诉我那天调酒师休息，此前还专门致电询问过营业时间也没提到这点。
总体来说性价比很高，地理位置方便，去市区内的景点都非常方便，但是FO和F&B的服务质量可以多加强一下。

酒店坐落于昆明城市中心，离开昆明老街，南屏街和翠湖公园不远，闹中取静，酒店很新，前台服务人员Moon非常热情，乐于提供帮助，让我有了一个美好的昆明之旅，希望继续保持万豪的服务品质，期待下次入住

设施：设施齐全，卫生间和浴室空间很大，干湿分离，设计的也特别好，吹风机是徕芬，床大床品舒适。
卫生：干净整洁，大气
服务：非常好，行李有人帮忙搬，有独立停车场，无论打扫卫生的保洁阿姨还是前台都特别友善。
自驾游了十几天，车马劳顿，在这里得到了很好的休息调整，孩子和父母特别喜欢这个酒店。装修风格也是我个人喜欢的，洗衣房也特别规范。
酒店还赠送了早餐，早餐很丰盛，餐厅也很大，没顾上拍，再来昆明一定要住这里，骑个电动车，去哪儿都方便。

带长者小孩两间房住了两晚，真的太太太满意了。房间新面积大，淋浴头超级无敌大，是目前住过五星级酒店里洗澡最舒服的一次。早餐很好，食材品类很全面。服务很周到，我们早上6：30退房赶飞机，给我们准备了早餐盒，很丰盛。地理位置也不错，距离老街和翠湖打车十分钟的样子，很方便。下次到昆明还会选择这。

开学季出来旅游，错过高峰，真是一件惬意的事！酒店前台服务很好，免费升房，给了很好的体验！酒店卫生很满意！自助洗衣房设备也挺新，大型洗衣机、烘干机一步到位！开窗睡，只是街边有一点点吵闹。
总的来说，还是很满意！

We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kunming Dongfeng Square. The staff were helpful and even upgraded us to a bigger sunshine room, which was a nice surprise. We managed to do our laundry easily before we departed to airport, it was really convenient and hassle free, The breakfast was tasty with a good mix of options and overall, the room is clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was just what we needed to recharge before we back home.
