前台服务态度极差，住房体验极差，不止不积极协助客人解决问题，只会一味推卸责任，看人下菜，最近在附近的甘美医院看病，所以就近找酒店住，见我一个女孩子自己来住酒店就趾高气扬恶语相向，不高兴就说满房，退房当天还被现场抓到背后说客人坏话，扬言要去打人，这就是酒店的专业水准，我一个昆明人都被欺负成这样，真不知道外地人会被欺负成什么样，对了，前台那位少奶奶名叫镔贤，佩服至极
