位置特别好，喜欢带院子的酒店，比较安静，我们订的大床房带孩子住着不方便想换标间，前台热心的给换了，非常感谢！酒店自助早餐很丰富，是这次行程中最好的！

设施完善干净，服务员也好，早餐自助也行，但没有中晚餐，周边饭馆不多。7月29号前台服务员态度不错，30号下午前台服务员态度太不好，因想就晚餐，问她有没有，她眼睛都不抬，始终看着桌子跟我说，没有！问她明明叫饭店，怎么没有中晚餐？她说就不对外，内部才行。态度不屑一顾。希望改进。总体好评吧。

酒店位置比较好，毗邻翠湖和云大，吃饭也比较方便。但是单间大床房的房间还是有点小，不知道是不是服务员忘记了还是怎么的，住了两晚，都没放沐浴用品，隔日打扫卫生也没放水和拖鞋。只是简单的把被子整理了一下。不过早餐还是挺丰富的。

位置不错，娱乐方便，酒店服务人员不错，但是酒店提供的服务要完善和加强，要求提供两个衣架时，前台说一个都提供不了，房间设施很高档，但是洗漱台设计不够人性化，，洗手盆品牌豪华，但实用性不强，太小太浅，水龙头不调节好，出水会过大，溅湿衣服，洗澡时水温会忽冷忽热，，两晚均是如此，，，，总体来说可以推荐！

超值！设施齐全，服务周到，很干净，价格也非常合理！就在云大旁边，出行也非常方便！第一次到昆明，很幸运找到这么超值的酒店！
