房间很大，排扇坏的，厕所出来的味道很重，杯子是纸杯，泡茶不好泡，感觉卫生点！前台小哥很贴心，看我带着2个小娃，多给了洗刷用品和矿泉水！楼下很多商铺，时间充裕还可以走走买买

想不出什么理由不给五星。
虽然不是高档酒店，设施没那么完善，但是其他各方面都非常好。
【位置】离昆明南站不远，地铁四站路，到地铁口六百多米，很方便。
【周边】地处花千坊商业中心，对面是七彩云南第一城，吃的玩的都很丰富。
【设施】是公寓式酒店，楼层虽高有电梯，大堂很小巧，也备了糖果小食。装修简约但不小器，房间各有主题，特色突出。比如简约中式房，除了利用山水墙纸、圆弧和雕栏等中式元素，还很细心地摆设了文竹盆栽假山盆景。
房间很干净，宽敞，安静，窗外景观特别好。
服务很到位，热情周到，还帮我们热饭菜。
我们到抚仙湖玩中转昆明，就懒得进城了，在南站所在的呈贡区前后共住两晚，这个酒店位置很合适，非常不错，推荐。

性价比高，酒店房间够大，干净卫生，环境好，装修风格独特！老板热情，值得在次入住！唯一缺点第一次入住酒店地址稍微难找点。
