The service was great, and the reception staff were very attentive, even giving me a complimentary room upgrade. The bed was comfortable, though the wall colors didn’t quite match in design and the floor felt a bit like it was slightly sliding when walking. Overall, the staff’s attentiveness and customer-focused service made the stay enjoyable.

Our stay at Atour hotel was a pleasant one, despite the delayed of check-in time, the front desk staffs was ready to help and tried to made our stay a comfortable one. The room is a business standard type with enough amenities and the breakfast with decent quality. Special thank to a lady staff who's on duty on 23rd afternoon.

这次入住感觉非常满意！房间乾净，床品舒适，乾湿分离，衞生间有马桶套、酒精湿巾，硬件设施细节很赞！电梯有梯控，前台服务热情，主动送外卖到房间，特别要表扬的是帅哥清遥！酒店离高铁站较近，交通便利。

We love Atour ! Our first stop we came Kunming, we stayed this hotel, the room is spacious and clean, we like the service here esp for the laundry, u can write ur room number on the form and they will send ur clothes back to ur room. On our last stop, we came back to Kunming, we chose back this hotel. The staffs are very friendly and nice, esp 隗亚 ! She is very professional and upholding the company standard. We are greet with her professional hospitality.
She gave us hand lotions as welcoming gift and we asked if we could extend our check out time as our flight will be at night , she helped us to extend until 4pm too. She goes all the way to answer our question often help us and make us feels like home staying here

Great hotel only 2km from the main Kunming train station. As a family we loved it!
So clean and probably the best Atour hotel I have stayed in in China. Very high quality for a 4 star hotel - almost bordering on 5 star level!
This hotel gets consistent 9.7 out of 10 reviews and that is pretty high. But with their great hospitality and clean, modern interior I can really see why and they deserve such high ratings. When we checked in there were so many extra touches of hospitality: locally brewed tea, hand lotion, extra slippers for our kids. The front desk ladies were nice.
Breakfast is mostly Chinese style but is really high quality and professional as far as ingredients. Their noodle soup was excellent and breakfast was quite diverse.
They have a laundry room and lots of convenience stores close by.
If you are coming through Kunming train station I give this one a big recommend. Might be way better than some of the shady hotels a few hundred meters from the train station.

冲着薅羊毛的心来的，第一次来没想到这么惊喜，以后有空了一定再来！值得推荐噢，主要夸一下工作人员，人超级好，态度真的非常好，没有一点不耐烦！首先也是最重要的房间干净整洁，隐私性非常好，居住体验非常棒！

店里的装修风格感觉很简约时尚，又带点小特色，很适合📷拍照噢整体来讲很适合和朋友来聚餐，环境非常适合聊天，性价比挺高的⬆️环境非常独特，风格统一，就喜欢这种有格调的地方
