我们于当天晚上人住该酒店，服务人员在我入住后没有告知我们他们的供水设施出问题，我们打电话咨询告知2小时时来热水，结果第二天早上在我们退房时都没来，叫他们经理来，他们经理一点服务意识都没有，服务态度太差，说话语气太差，居然说机器坏了我们也没办法。

非常非常糟糕的体验，前台服务员态度全云南最差，来云南旅游，晚上10点45打电话问是否有单间，回答有，给留着，11点到就说没了！！并且反问顾客什么时候打的，怪顾客无理取闹，在我翻出电话记录后服务员哑口无言。半夜11点半问是否有感冒药，服务员说没有，自己去外面药店买啊，跑到外面店铺关门，还是隔壁一间店的老板送了些自用感冒药。回来时前台服务员还不理睬，白眼，实在是佩服！其实房间还可以，就是服务员态度太差，住店从没给过差评，这是第一次！差评！
