春节举家出游有老有小，担心订不到房无法入住提早了一个半月通过携程订了两个豪华房，酒店也在十天前来电确认并主动提出要帮我们升级其中一个房，以为入住妥妥的，结果半夜12点入住的时候被告知无法入住说是11点就沒???房间了，我们晚上11点在机场取行李时就担心房间被转卖还致电酒店要求保留房间，结果还是被转卖了，一家老小寻遍整个昆明都沒有合适的入住酒店，一直找到凌晨两点比较小的孩子着凉生病了，也累了。才勉强随便住了个小酒店。提醒大家注意这家没良心没信誉的酒店
