位置超好，出门就是公园，节约了大把时间。设施比较陈旧，但好在非常干净。酒店自身环境也非常好，酒店里面就可以喂海鸥了

位置很好，外环境很美！
房间内卫生间设施很差，浴缸上的淋浴，安装很有问题，洗澡后室内全是水，好像水漫金山。妈妈踩着水摔了，幸好没事，有事肯定找酒店了。妈妈和孩子第二晚连澡都不敢洗了。
打着温泉酒店的名，挂羊头卖狗肉。什么温泉，专门带小孩去泡，前台告知只提供一个小池子，其它全部不开放。而且这个泡池还里现放水，池子全是空头。还要卖78元的温泉票！我的天！
温泉前台在2月10号晚上值班的是一个小伙子，服务超级超级差，这样的人还来做服务行业？是酒店哪个领导的亲戚？对人爱理不理的，问一句答半句。请他提供浴巾，他竟然说你们都穿了浴泡拿浴巾干嘛？难道你们家穿了衣服洗脸洗澡就不用毛巾吗？
这家酒店该好好整改下设施，提升下服务了。

每次来滇池看红嘴鸥都在艺龙上面预定，比qunaer上实惠，酒店环境棒服务好，尤其是早餐无比丰富！下次带娃和老人家来这家酒店还是选择艺龙上预定
