奇葩酒店，一、走廊的灯根本不开、二、卫生极差、水杯拖鞋就是黏的、洗澡水就是温的跟本洗不成、三、早餐用我妈妈的话说稀饭可以照见人影，就是文化大革命的“忆苦思甜饭”。不说了、 住完发现他家是专门给旅行团的！奇葩！

到昆明滇宫温泉酒店，服务员根本不认携程，也未接到任何本人入住通知，沟通一个小时后才通过未知的第三方办理入住，定的豪华标间，但就是一个很小很小的标间，大喊上当，桌子宽不到30公分，饭店服务员说，我们就没有豪华标间。网上定的我们不管。
强烈投诉。这是欺骗。要求携程退款。

酒店不怎么样，不够四星级，最多是经济形酒店，服务，卫生都很差，我预订的是豪华单人间，到了说没有，给了一间普通双人间，可是在我后面来的人她们就给开了豪华单人间，房间就没有打扫过，原来客人留下的茶叶都发霉了，看着好恶心。
