我就想问下，这么大一个酒店前台的培训都培训不好吗？连闪住都不知道，我已经在前台给她解释什么叫闪住，订单也给她看，还要我现付，到房间大晚上还打电话说我是现付叫我去前台现付。另外前台全程冷漠没笑脸，说多了还不高兴，房间设施老旧，吹风机是坏的，没敢打扰前台。湿着头发等干。

太差了。预定两日房，在最后一晚凌晨4点被前台敲门，打电话。说是核对预定房间信息。凌晨4点啊，不是下午4点。长这么大第一次遇到这么奇葩的事情。
房间马桶没水。
强烈不建议大家住，如果大家不介意前台半夜三更敲门核对房间预定信息。

体验非常差，我们下午4点多到酒店，前台告知我们房间还没打扫好，要等房间打扫，关键我们三家人都抱着小孩而且小孩都睡着了，最后朋友忍不住发火了，又说有房间打扫好了！淋浴间不排水，而且房间还有味道！还有早餐卷上面明明写着早餐6:00开始，结果6:15去吃说早餐还没好，最后因为急着赶车，最终早餐没吃成！

办理入住是位女服务员，全程无笑脸，问她相关问题也爱搭不理的，像我欠他少一样！晚上想打电话给前台结果房间座机是坏的，最后用手机打过去，男服务员依然如此，我就想问问你们知道什么是服务吗？？？另外房间里有异味，卫生不干净，最终结果就是没法谁得下去，晚上十点不到就退房管酒店了！！！很糟糕的一次体验！不会再有下次！
