很喜欢这家宾馆，位置非常好，闹中取静。房间虽然不大但很干净。作为酒店同行，对服务人员稍作点评吧。前台人员服务很好，能够积极迅速帮忙解决问题，感到很满意。客房服务人员服务还需要加强培训。中午一点半敲了3声门后立刻用通卡开门进房。第一休息时间应该是没有特殊情况绝对不可以打扰客人的，第二敲了门应该稍等确认房间无人应答才可以开门。问服务员干什么，服务员说想修空调！真让人生气。餐厅主管态度很棒，服务人员因为年纪小，服务还是有些生硬不到位。希望加强管理培训。

前台需加强交通方面的常识培训，比如做地铁到哪个站下……br建议冲凉的花洒需更换，要漏一半的水下来，水很小哦！br肯定有一点，靠近翠湖哟！位置位置位置真的好哟
