非常舒适的酒店，前台工作人员态度亲切，还有贴心提醒及免费矿泉水的供应，酒店位置适中，去那儿都很方便，来昆明待在欢朋十分舒服

酒店的位置在一环以内，交通很方便，酒店设施都是新的，配套完善，前台的小姐姐很热情，有个叫Dana的听说是前厅经理，很nice，人长得好看，又会说话，总之下次会再次选择。

早餐很丰盛，前台服务主动性不够，卫生还是可以的，位置也比较好，打车去滇池30元左右，去机场60元左右，总体体验还是Ok的。提一下插曲，入住时要求付房费，退房的时候又跟我说之前的前台收错费用了，需要补收，体验感有点……为什么不提早说，我又不是只住一天，住2晚了，有足够的时间可以跟我沟通，为什么放在退房时我要赶飞机了才来跟我说，还让我再查一下订单，我赶着要去机场了怎么还有时间再去查看订单？另外平台订购时页面显示的欢迎水果也没有，个人觉得前台服务提升一下会更好吧

不亏是集团酒店 企业文化真是以人为本 入住时基本是暴走状态 带着满肚子的愤怒和熊猫眼「上家酒店外施工一晚上都没睡」搬到了官渡希尔顿欢朋 前台的小姐姐看到我一脸的倦意 特意帮我调了间安静的房间 破格帮我升了房并办理了提前入住???? 尽量安抚我那糟糕的心情 之后我每个提问都以闭合性完美解答 比如我挺喜欢他家枕头的 想在他家微信商店上买 但不确定是不是同款 于是咨询了前台 小姐姐们以接力的形式在我办退房时答复了我 让我好感动 以后出去玩 认定希尔顿??

卫生很好打扫很仔细。
早餐好吃，如果不够时间吃，可以提前联系酒店帮忙打包。
距离地铁站两三分钟路程，是机场线。
