1.没有停车场，而且附近停车非常不方便。而且前台也不帮忙引导去停车场。 2.酒店位置好，但是我们在马路对面看见酒店了，掉头去酒店我们在立交桥上足足转老25分钟，红路灯多，排队的车也多。 3.房间格局不合理，厕所超大，卧室超小，房间比较闷

房间整体非常干净，装修比较现代风格。室内空气基本没异味，附近交通购物便利，属于翠湖商圈，二楼的自助方便而且花样繁多，酒店的服务人员非常热情，慢慢的正能量！下次还会选择这家。

艺龙的售后太差了，我重复预定了该酒店，酒店同意退款给我，艺龙说落实下，然后等入住时间过了才说不能退，不能退，你能早点说吗？然后艺龙的售后跟我吵架，我用了6年艺龙，得到的就是这样的对待！坚决删除！
