酒店大堂不大，服务员态度一般，感觉云南那边是近几年才发展比较快的，人文服务还没跟上，在昆明待了3天，感觉各方面服务服务员态度都很冷淡，所以酒店服务态度应该是常态；周边没什么小吃店，当天晚7点多入住，酒店已无就餐，好不容易找了一家非常简单的小吃店垫肚子；酒店有窗，卫生还不错，光线好，周边环境也安静，但是细节之处做的不够，卫生间连个挂毛巾的地方都没有，只能挂在浴室门把上（习惯自己带毛巾），只提供2个衣架，酒店房间里放了很多要付费的东西，找不到一张昆明地图，Wi-Fi密码也没明确写出，懒得打前台就没用了，酒店也没叫车服务；早餐便宜所以非常简单，稀饭、汤面、2个青菜加4-5个腌菜，都是辣的，还有豆浆馒头，差不多就这些了。总体住着觉得可以，可是又觉得缺少点什么，比较遗憾！

服务极差，给的WI-FI密码不对，也不想怎么解决；电视信号也不好，这些忍了。最后开发票，开了三遍才开对，还是在我提前给你开票信息的前提下。第一遍开，给我开了一个完全是另外公司的票，风马牛不相及；第二遍开，税号也没开对；第三遍，让我在你的电脑上确认，结果你输的还是不对！我要不看，第三遍也不对！这是我见过的最差的服务！如果你不想受虐，就不要住这个酒店！
