昆明新高原明珠酒店位置不错，服务态度不错哟，就是服务人员业务不熟练，明明是携程预订的，可是他们却找不到记录，真实个小插曲，最终得到了解决！卫生不错，没有香皂，没有剃须刀，还好当天不需要剃须。这是四星级酒店吗？
