去到哪都住维也纳，从没让我失望过，这个也一样，楼层高，空气新鲜，房间的设置很让我喜欢，服务也很好，不愧是品牌酒店。

环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。想要的东西会尽量满足，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，下次还要入住

离螺狮湾批发市场很近，通过窗口可以看到滇池，很漂亮，有免费的停车场，服务很很好，卫生也很干净，这是一次很不错的体验

长时间飞行之后，本想着到酒店了能好好休息，结果，前台说。下午预订部的同事没有给我留房，然后，给了我一间麻将房，是什么鬼？并且前台只有一个人，客人多，也是忙不过来。很乱。同样也有预订了然后没有留房的。给我说的是麻将房的床和我预订的房型的床一样大。已经很困了。就不想过多的和前台沟通了。之前住其他城市的维也纳都会给升级房间！在这给我一个麻将房我不知道是升级了还是什么的。然后，拖鞋应该也是我住过的维也纳里边最差的吧。没有之一！还有，洗个澡淋浴间的水，都可以养鱼了。唯一的优势也许就是，离螺蛳湾近吧！

前台美女很温柔，服务良好，客房干净卫生，房间很安静，床是特别舒服的，每次出门都有住维也纳，整体感觉良好，主要是性价比比较高
