    宣传的10公里内接送，去后先告知没司机，后又称该项服务已取消！交涉后同意由客房经理送老人小孩去世博园（因有13公里，说好送10公里到好打的的地方，酒店位置偏僻不好打车），结果该经理开车送了几百米就让下车乘坐公交！该公交站根本没有所谓的直达公交又打不到车，老人小孩只好冒着中午的烈日又走回来！和酒店交涉此事根本无人理睬，太垃圾的酒店！押金单上打印魏总协议价180多，实际收取200多，不知其中奥妙！
