2016年开始出差昆明一直都是住这里最近有两次住，让人很不愉快，内部管理的问题，停车场无法停车，到前台办手续时，接待的态度恶劣，让停车自己解决（停到对面的云锡酒店，停车费自己掏），问她说为什么在网上不说明无法停车，她说只能你们自己解决，后来在我的要求下才答应报销20元停车费。原来这个酒店没人打扰，现在一开门“**小卡片”到处都是

设施方面还可以吧！就是前台工作人员态度不敢恭维！晚上七点到的。结果没有停车位了。说实话当时就奔着有停车场去的。问前台如何解决。结果前台工作人员很傲气的说，你可以取消定单。说实话在我们大成都这个价格住连锁酒店到处都是。不是看到带着老人小孩 出门。就真的取消了。总之。有点儿.......
