昆明市区终于有了一个高档国际品牌的商务酒店，值得表扬！
目前还在施工装修阶段，因此期望值自然也会放低些，不过服务人员素质还不错，房间内设施可以达到皇冠假日的常规水准，很新，比之前住的新纪元什么的强很多，需要吐嘈的也是空调问题，最近昆明的温度比较低，房间居然空调不出热风，打电话给总台，说是送自然风，比较悲剧！大堂是临时的，因此也没有什么好说的。
另外觉得不爽的是价格，感觉昆明酒店的价格都比较离谱，一个施工阶段的酒店，特价都要600/晚，且不含早，觉得偏高了。

酒店在装修，应该是要更名，因为白天都在外面玩所以没被装修打扰到，送了水果盘，房间设施和服务5星没问题，性价比很高，就担心装修完要涨价，😄😄😄。

酒店大堂在装修，有一点不方便，但房间设施很有档次，枕头，被子都很舒服，卫生间也很大，很干净*门童，前台，餐厅，客房的服务态度都很好，赞一个*

楼下环境因为在装修中，感觉不是很好。
总言，现在入住，价格在三百左右比较好接受。

酒店内部客房已经是皇冠假日的标准了，应该会在年底换牌，所以你只要可以接受一点噪音的话，这家非常值得住：）
