昆明佳新大酒店地理位置优越，位于市中心北京路的旺区，交通便利，门口有公交车站，马路斜对面就是交三桥地铁站，离翠湖公园和火车北站很近，附近有美食街。酒店服务好，房间装修和设施略显旧，卫生可以，床是1.1米，经济型的星级酒店，但位处中心区酒店房间性价比算好了。
