表面服务挺好，但实际服务很差。门卡刚到店就不好用，服务员帮忙弄了，没过两天，又不好用，这次就没人管了。只能自己又跑下16楼去弄，一问没有服务员就一个值班的。房间没有无线网络，打电话给前台。前台直接就说要等明天找电信，但是旁边房间有wifi，完全可以先借用。但是服务员懒得管。卫生间一股味道，说明，上一个住客走后根本就没有消毒，血腥味道和下水道味道非常大。电暖气破的不得了。最后就是在拿水壶烧水的时候，竟然有一只外号小强的蟑螂爬到手上来了。
附近就是一个垃圾处理站。路过的时候那个味道啊。
